Dave Hadacek is a strong advocate on behalf of people with developmental disabilities.  He is currently serving his fourth seven-year term on the San Diego Regional Center Board of Directors.

Tessie Bradshaw has a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science. She formerly worked for 19 years at the Exceptional Family Resource Center as a family support liaison, training specialist, and support group facilitator.

Virginia Callaghan Bayer is a retired Naval Officer and the mother of four children, three of whom are currently serving on active duty. She has served on the Special Education Parents Advisory Council of Coronado, the Coronado Woman’s Club, and the Camp Able Board of Directors.

Terri Colachis has more than 35 years of strategic marketing and communications experience in the hospitality industry.  Ms. Colachis currently serves as ARCA Representative on the SDRC Board of Directors and Chairs the Audit Committee.

Norma Ramos served as Board Chair for two years and chaired the Nominating and Bylaws Committee and the Legislation Committee during her tenure on the board. 
 

Chris Hodge is a parent of a son who has cerebral palsy and hearing issues.  Mr. Hodge’s son is served by the San Diego Regional Center.   Mr. Hodge has been followed by the San Diego Regional Center, through the public school, and through CCS.
