2) City of San Diego Park & Recreation Department – Therapeutic Recreation Services (PDF)

3) FREE Fishing License from Department of Fish and Wildlife (DFW) for clients- required for ages 16 and older:  Please complete the top portion (part 1) of the attached form and send it with a copy of the client’s California Photo ID card to Philip Patton, SDRC Community Services Department, by email, ppatton@sdrc.org or fax, 858-576-2827. He will certify the license form and send it to the DFW. The DFW will mail a valid Fishing License to the client within 15 working days.
