SERVICE COORDINATOR – BILINGUAL – IMPERIAL

Full-time position located in our Imperial County office

DUTIES:

Under direction of the Program Manager, provides overall service coordination to assigned clients; participates in the assessment of the needs of persons with developmental disabilities; acts as team leader and facilitates the development, implementation and coordination of an Individual Program Plan (IPP)/Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP); assists in locating and securing services and supports; acts as an advocate; evaluates and monitors the quality and effectiveness of services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS or Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required. Two years related work experience in the field of developmental disabilities required for BA/BS Degrees. Must be bilingual English/Spanish.

STARTING SALARY:

BA/BS Entry Level $3,519 Monthly
Master’s Entry Level $4,046 Monthly

BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST

Full-time position located in our San Diego/Kearny Mesa office

DUTIES:

Under the direction and supervision of the Coordinator of Behavior Services, the Behavior Specialist provides consultation, education and training to Case Management staff, clients, families and community partners on behavioral intervention approaches and resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in psychology or related field. BCBA preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

At least two (2) years’ experience in the design and application of behavior intervention plans for individuals with a developmental disability and challenging behaviors in a variety of settings including homes, hospitals, clinics, schools, adult day programs, or residential facilities. Knowledge and experience in behavior analysis with adults, developmental disabilities, mental health field, and quality assurance. Mental Health background desired.

ASSOCIATE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Full-time position located in our San Diego/Kearny Mesa office

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Associate Executive Director reports to the Executive Director and assists in the planning, organization and implementation of the policies of the Board of Directors of the Corporation. The Associate Executive Director also assists with the implementation and administration of internal procedures and day-to-day operations as designated by the Executive Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Business, Public Administration or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in management and administration of a large organization. At least two (2) years of management experience in a California regional center for persons with developmental disabilities and experience advocating with California legislators and knowledge of the legislative process are preferred.

APPLICATION ANALYST

Full-time position located in our San Diego/Kearny Mesa office

DUTIES:

Under the Supervision of the Manager, Application Support, Information Technology, is responsible for the provision of advanced end-user support and on-site training at Regional Centers statewide to meet the requirements of the DDS/SDICDSI MOU and maintenance agreements for the San Diego Information System (SANDIS); the coordination, compilation and analysis of end-user requirements for application implementation and software design; the development of end-user training materials; the creation of sophisticated management reports intended for local and statewide distribution; coordinate and conduct SANDIS system testing; the maintenance and design of corporate web sites; and the administration of corporate web application servers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Information Technology, Social Work or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum two years experience providing advanced technical support and training to end-users (on either a formal or informal basis) and/or developing web-based applications.

Ability to analyze and have a good sense of order and organization; customer service focus; empathetic with the needs of end-users. Ability to solve software/hardware problems; resourceful; maintain high standards of professional knowledge and expertise. Knowledge of IBM Query 400 or other database report generator applications; HTML programming and web application tools; and the IBM midrange computer. Position requires occasional In-State travel.

STARTING SALARY:

$4,752 Monthly
