DOCUMENT IMAGING SPECIALIST I

Full-time position located in our San Diego/Kearny Mesa office

DUTIES:

Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Document Imaging Specialist I will be responsible for the electronic processing of client records into the document imaging system using On-Base software. Processing will also include the retrieval and re-creation of hard paper files as the need arises.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school graduate or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of three (3) years of word processing or other computer data processing experience required. Experience with record management and document imaging/scanning equipment is preferred.

Knowledge of Windows Operating System experience; Microsoft Office and data entry proficient. Ability to perform work involving independent judgment, accuracy and speed. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow precise oral and written instructions. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.

APPLICATION ANALYST

Full-time position located in our San Diego/Kearny Mesa office

DUTIES:

Under the Supervision of the Manager, Application Support, Information Technology, is responsible for the provision of advanced end-user support and on-site training at Regional Centers statewide to meet the requirements of the DDS/SDICDSI MOU and maintenance agreements for the San Diego Information System (SANDIS); the coordination, compilation and analysis of end-user requirements for application implementation and software design; the development of end-user training materials; the creation of sophisticated management reports intended for local and statewide distribution; coordinate and conduct SANDIS system testing; the maintenance and design of corporate web sites; and the administration of corporate web application servers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Information Technology, Social Work or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum two years experience providing advanced technical support and training to end-users (on either a formal or informal basis) and/or developing web-based applications.

Ability to analyze and have a good sense of order and organization; customer service focus; empathetic with the needs of end-users. Ability to solve software/hardware problems; resourceful; maintain high standards of professional knowledge and expertise. Knowledge of IBM Query 400 or other database report generator applications; HTML programming and web application tools; and the IBM midrange computer. Position requires occasional In-State travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE:

Two (2) years secretarial experience. One (1) year Microsoft Office skills experience or Microsoft Office proficiency certificate. Experience with effectively handling a high volume of phone calls with professionalism. Must be bilingual English/Spanish.

COORDINATOR, BEHAVIOR SERVICES

Full-time position located in our San Diego/Kearny Mesa office

DUTIES:

Under the direction and supervision of the Director, Clinical Services, supervises staff, including professional and support staff, in behavioral services and assists in coordinating requests from service coordinators and service providers for behavior intervention programs including referral to vendor behavior management consultants. Assists with staff and provider training in behavior intervention and maintenance, and distribution of information regarding regulations related to behavior intervention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology or related field with academic training in a recognized curriculum of the application of behavioral principles in an applied setting. Must be licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or BCBA.

EXPERIENCE:

Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a hospital, clinic or public agency where they designed behavioral programs for children, adults with developmental disabilities and maladaptive behaviors. Must have experience functioning as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Must have demonstrated competence in consultation and program design with peer professional staff; demonstrated knowledge of ethical and legal factors in the design of behavioral programs for clients with developmental disabilities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and their families; process collateral for effective implementation planning; and communicate with co-workers, community program staff, parents and clients.

IT TRAINING SPECIALIST II

DUTIES:

Under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology, provides assistance with the maintenance of the Agency Internet web site. Update SANDIS client photos in Profound UI to SANDIS daily. Queue and monitor Help Desk tickets to facilitate prompt response time. Responsible for maintaining mobile tablet inventory and accessories. Troubleshoot tablet software and hardware issues. Maintain billing and accounting for SANDIS Annual Maintenance Agreements and Letters of Agreement. Responsible for arranging department meetings. Facilitate all phases of SANDIS conference planning. Create/revise fillable forms and IT/SANDIS tutorials as needed. Update Wiki home page and IT department Wiki page.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor degree and one (1) year of related experience or a High School diploma and three (3) years related experience. Two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Office applications. Experience providing PC repairs and troubleshooting, preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service focus; works well with others. Excellent word processing and data entry. Knowledge of MS Office, video editing software and WordPress preferred. Adobe Acrobat XL proficient. Ability to lift ten pound packages.

TRUST ASSISTANT

DUTIES:

Under general supervision of the Trust Supervisor, prepares cash receipts for posting to trust accounts and scans electronic bank deposits; processes and pays out-of-home services on e-billing; processes e-billing/Service Provider Portal applications, and generates e-billing invoices for purchase of service vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School graduate or equivalent; college level courses in bookkeeping and accounting desirable.

EXPERIENCE:

Three (3) years work experience in fiscal record keeping in an accounting environment with a computerized accounting system. Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices, procedures, and terminology, and general office procedures.
